Washington: Research staff at Stanford University have conducted a number of studies and concluded that heavy users of social networks live on 10% less than other people.

It should be clarified that the main objective of social networks is the integration of the public on similar types of activity or search for friends and acquaintances. However, they take a huge amount of time to users and reduce life expectancy by 10%.

Scientists warn that the instant messengers and social networks in recent years, virtually "kill" people and their relationships with others in General. The thing is that the users are paying them too much time, and sometimes even to commit rash acts for the sake of "likes" and many comments. In addition, social networks cause a mental disorder.

All these problems lead to a quicker death. The researchers estimate that in 2017 an active user of media spend 4 hours a day and average just over an hour.
