Doha, Qatar: A team from the Qatari International Search and Rescue Group, affiliated with the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), has begun its missions in search and rescue operations in the areas affected by the two earthquakes that struck Caracas, immediately upon its arrival in the friendly Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
The team began its missions in coordination with the competent authorities, alongside a number of international teams, to deal with collapsed buildings and search for the missing, and to provide support through specialized medical teams to deliver urgent health care to the injured.
