Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior has added a new service to the Metrash App within the Queries section that lets users send their inquiries electronically to the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security.
Through the 'Communicate with Us' option in the app, users can contact the department to raise their queries.
Following are the steps to raise your query:
- Log in to Metrash application
- Select 'Communicate with Us', then choose Queries
- Specify the department
- Enter the query
- Acknowledge the accuracy of the data
- Click on 'Next' to submit the request and finish.
The Ministry of Interior has been updating the Metrash app with more features to make it convenient for citizens and residents to raise their issues and access their services easily. In its last update, it allowed expatriates to pay medical examination fees, owed to Qatar Visa Centers abroad, through the app.
