Doha: Al Duhail announced yesterday that their coach Rui Faria (pictured) resigned.
The club said in a statement that the board accepted Faria’s resignation, which was due to personal reasons.
The club thanked Faria for his efforts during his time at the club, wishing him luck in future endeavors.
Al Duhail hired Faria in January 1 of 2019, they currently lead the league with nine wins and three draws.
