Turkish Airlines, a global leader in civil aviation, brought its ever-growing Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup to Doha Golf Club last week.
The winners of the qualifiers progress to the Grand Finals in Antalya in November, when they have the chance to secure a place in the Turkish Airlines Open pro-am, will fly Business Class in Turkish Airlines and stay at the five-star Titanic Golf Deluxe Hotel.
Kazi will represent Doha there after winning the competition with 37 points, while 2016 Doha winner Uzma Mir was runner-up, Dong Yoon Kim was third.
The Nearest the Pin competition on the 8th hole for gentlemen was won by Des Reid and Yasmian Al Sharsharni for the women on the 17th hole. Kazi also won the lowest gross score with an impressive 75.

The Doha event was well supported by the local business community and members of Doha Golf Club were among the competitors.
