The students of Birla Public School celebrated its 15th Founders’ Day celebrations with great zest, vibrancy and elation.
Under the patronage of Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Founders’ Day was held at the school premises. The event was attended by students, parents and staff members.
The event featured cultural programmes, glam and groom with dancing divas, a fairy tale with comedy tadka, Marionettes live, Bharathiya Lok Nrithya, Music Mojo, Silent Spring, Trendy Tales and Samanvayam.
The cultural programmes commenced with a scintillating dance performance depicting 15 glorious years of the school, the logo formation and the significant milestones attained over the years. The fairy tale with a ‘Comedy Tadka’ presented by the little angels of kindergarten was really a feast for the eyes.
‘Marionettes live’ presented a mesmerising performance of the dazzling dolls from grades 1 and 2.
Bharathiya Lok Nrithya performed by the tiny tots of kindergarten transported the audience to different states of India. ‘Music Mojo’ was a soulful rendition by the budding singers of primary school choir.
The skit ‘Silent Spring’ by the students of grade 2 depicted the importance of wonderful creatures in nature. The first and second graders performed ‘Trendy Tales’, a multi-loaded fashion show of fun, beauty and style.
Samanvayam, a fusion of different dances was a captivating performance by the students.
