DOHA: Safari Hypermarket has expanded its presence in Qatar with the opening of its ninth outlet in Al Sheehaniya. The new outlet officially commenced operations yesterday further strengthening Safari Group’s retail network across the country.
The outlet was inaugurated by Hamad Dhafer Abdul Hadi Al Ahbabi, Chairman of Safari Group of Companies, along with the chief guest, Mubarak Al Hajri, Director of Health Inspections in Al Sheehaniya. Surendranath, General Manager of Safari Group of Companies, and Tamer El Sayed, Assistant General Manager – Public Relations, also took part in the inauguration ceremony.
Representatives of the Safari management, along with invited guests, were present at the opening ceremony. Designed to provide greater convenience to customers in Al Sheehaniya and the surrounding areas, the new Safari outlet will operate 24 hours a day, according to Safari Group.
As part of the opening celebrations, Safari has also announced an exciting “Visit & Win” promotion, offering customers an opportunity to win two Chevrolet Captiva 2025 model cars without making any purchase. Visitors to the Safari outlet can obtain a free coupon and participate in the promotion simply by visiting the outlet.
The promotion runs from August 3 to November 4, 2026. The first draw will be held on September 17, 2026, at Safari Outlet, Logistics Village, while the second draw will take place on November 5, 2026, at the newly opened Safari outlet in Al Sheehaniya.
With its round-the-clock operations and the new promotional campaign, Safari’s Al Sheehaniya outlet is expected to offer customers a convenient and rewarding shopping experience while further expanding the group’s retail footprint in Qatar.
