Doha: The Qatar Table Tennis team will participate in the 26th Arab Table Tennis Championships which will take place in Cairo, Egypt from July 30 to August 6.
As many as thirteen countries including Qatar have confirmed their participation for the prestigious championship.
The competing teams are Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Yemen, Palestine, Sudan, Iraq, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon hosts Egypt.
According to Khalil Ahmed Al Mohannadi, Chairman of the Arab Table Tennis Federation (ATTF) the competition will be held at the Cairo International Stadium under the supervision of the Arab Table Tennis Federation and will see the participation of 386 players competing in five different categories of Under-21, Under-18 and Under-15 years.
