Amir sends condolences to Emperor of Japan

Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to HM Emperor Naruhito of Japan over the victims of the earthquake that struck Kumamoto City in southern Japan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
