The State of Qatar participated in the Gulf-European preparatory ministerial meeting which was held in the Belgian capital, Brussels.
The State of Qatar was represented in the meeting by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the European Union HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al-Malki, while the European side was represented by HE Deputy Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the European External Action Service (EEAS).Karl Hallergaard.
