Doha: The Lawyers Admission Committee met under the chairmanship of Minister of Justice H E Masoud bin Mohammad Al Ameri, at its permanent headquarters at the Ministry of Justice, yesterday.
The Committee considered topics on its agenda, including judicial oath-taking by two new lawyers from similar professions before the committee, and registering them under the cassation degree on the lists of working lawyers; transferring the registration of four lawyers to the degree of cassation on the lists of working lawyers; and accepting a number of new lawyers under training.
The Committee also reviewed a number of organisational issues pertaining to the legal profession and files presented for discussion before the Committee. Appropriate relevant decisions were taken.
