The Embassy of Qatar in the Philippines has issued a warning to all Qatari citizens in the Philippines about Super Typhoon Noru, also known locally as Super Typhoon Karding, which swept large parts of Quezon Province in Luzon, including Manila, on Sunday.
The embassy requested all Qatari citizens to take the utmost care and caution and to follow the directions issued by the Philippines authorities.
