Men walk on an illuminated bridge in downtown Dubai, with the Burj Khalifa tower in the background, during the Dubai Festival of Lights, which is inspired by French city Lyon’s Festival of Lights. Illuminations and artistic light installations are on display in the Emirati city from March 20 to 29.
