Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) held an awards ceremony yesterday at its Al Sadd Branch to conclude the 2019 Cards Summer Campaign. The winners were previously selected in a draw conducted in the presence of an official representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as well as QIB representatives.
During the ceremony, QIB awarded two Visa Card Grand Prize winners, Mohammed Al Asiry and Saoud Saif Al Azab, with a brand-new Lexus LX570. It also awarded two Mastercard Grand Prize winners, Mohammed Yousef Al Kuwari and Hamad Rashid Al Azba, with QR100,000 cheque, for each winner.
Mohammed Al –Asiry, Visa Card Grand Prize winners, said: “I still can’t believe that I won a brand new LX570 simply by being a QIB customer and using my Visa card. This is a dream come true thanks to QIB.” Saoud Saif Al Azab, Visa Card Grand Prize winners, said: “What a great surprise! I’m now the owner of a new wonderful car without having to do anything but use my QIB cards. This is great!” Mohammed Yousef Al Kuwari, Mastercard Grand Prize winners thanked QIB. “I will continue to be a loyal customer and definitely recommend you to family and friends.” Hamad Rashid Al Azba, Mastercard Grand Prize winners, said: “I’m so happy to be a QIB customer and have the opportunity every year to win such great prizes for just using my Mastercard.” D. QIB Visa and Mastercard holders that made domestic or international purchases between 1st of July and 30th of September 2019 had the chance to win daily cash prizes worth QR 5,000 each for Visa cardholders and weekly prizes of QR15,000 each for Mastercard cardholders.
