Livingston, 47, fled the US in 2007 and made his way to India with the help of a fake passport, settling in Hyderabad, after being sentenced to 23 years in prison for killing his former lover in 2005. Livingston was arrested in Hyderabad in May 2014 and extradited to the United States last week.
