Doha: Egypt official gazette published a decision by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi today appointing Amro El Sherbiny as Ambassador to State of Qatar, Al Ahram newpaper reported.
Recently Egypt Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry had visited Qatar and had meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.
During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs noted the positive developments in the relations between the two countries, stressing that these developments enhance the security and stability of the region.
