Doha: Al Khor Carnival, which was supposed to open today, has been postponed, organisers said on social media.
On their Twitter account, the organisers said that the opening has been postponed to January 23 due to the unexpected weather conditions.
The 15-day festival, at Al Bayt Stadium Park, will now begin on Saturday, January 23 and will last till February 6 (as per the original announcement) from 12pm to 10pm.
Apart from fun rides, cultural activities, inflatable park and shopping for the entire family, the Al Khor Carnival will have shows and visual displays. There will be many food outlets and food trucks at the venue. Click here for the map of the carnival
