Doha, Qatar: In a remarkable achievement that showcases extraordinary memory and keen observation skills, seven-year-old Yafi Aimen, a third-grade student of Shantiniketan Indian School (SIS) in Qatar, has earned a coveted place in the India Book of Records.
Yafi’s impressive accomplishment involved identifying and recalling the names of 150 car brands and models in an astonishingly short span of three minutes and 49 seconds — all by viewing the pictures of cars displayed on a laptop screen. His accomplishment has been officially recognized by the India Book of Records under the title ‘IBR Achiever’, confirmed on July 8, 2025.
The young prodigy’s remarkable performance reflects not only his sharp memory but also his deep interest in automobiles from an early age. According to his parents, Sameer CP and Fathima Shahnas, Yafi has always shown a fascination with cars, often recognizing models and brands during family drives or from advertisements and magazines.Hailing from Kozhikode, Kerala, Yafi’s achievement has brought immense pride to his family and community in both Qatar and his native city.
