Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) issued a marine warning as strong wind and high sea are expected from tomorrow afternoon until Wednesday, September 22.
On its latest weather update on Twitter, QMD mentioned in a post that the wind will blow northwesterly ranging from 12-20 KT reaching to 28 KT at some places at times.
The sea height will also range between 3-5 ft rising to 9 ft at places.
QMD also urged citizens and residents to take precaution and avoid all marine activities during this weather condition.
