Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to his brother HE President of the People's Republic of Algeria Abdelmadjid Tebboune on the victims of a fire at an orphanage in the capital Algiers, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
