Doha: Assistant Foreign Minister H E Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met with Member of the Federal Parliament (Bundestag) of Germany H E Schahina Gambir in Doha yesterday.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation and relations between the two countries and means to enhance and develop them, in addition to developments in Afghanistan.
Ambassador of Germany to Qatar H E Dr. Claudius Fischbach and German Charge d’Affaires to Afghanistan Helmut Kulitz also attended the meeting.
The Assistant Foreign Minister also met with Director General for Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia H E Petar Mihatov.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation and relations between the two countries and means to enhance and develop them. In addition, they discussed the repercussions of the Russia-Ukraine crisis and the latest developments in Afghanistan and the Balkan countries. During the meeting, the Croatian official congratulated Qatar on its success in hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
