DOHA: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from October 3 to October 7 reached QR369,607,804.
The weekly bulletin issued by the department stated that the list of real estate traded for sale included vacant land, housing, apartment building and a commercial building.
Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Daayen, Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Slal, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, and Al Shamal. The volume of real estate trading, during the period from September 19 to September 23 amounted to QR1,289,512,845.
