Doha: Dukhan Bank has announced the names of the most recent round of draw winners for Thara’a, its Shariah compliant savings account, at the Bank’s headquarters.
As the draw results showed, the bank clients Ahmed Own and Mohamed Aladem each won a cash prize of QR10,000. Also, a cash prize worth QR5,000 was awarded each to Anjumanara Mohammedkhan, Ghazi Babiker, Hend Al Sunaidi, Mohammed Al Kuwari, Babiker Ali, Emad Daher, Mamoun Khalil, Abubaker Abusalem, Saad Al Hemaidi, Nasser Al Hemaidi, Lulwa Bureshaid, Abdulrahim Basulaiman, Manar Al Kuwari, Abdulla Al Shafai, Tahra Alqattali, Mohamed Warsama, Abdulla Al Mansoori, Maryam Alyafei, Mohammed Hamad, Ali and Hamad Al Kubaisi, Noof Al Nesairi, Amal Al Atteya, Nasser Al Qahtani, Maryam Al Mannai, Janino Bautista, Ali Ahmad Al Obaidly and Hamad Ahmed Al Obaidali, Divya Merchant, Sahar Karoui, Tzu-Ling Chang, Mustapha Achir, Akram Saad, Magesh John, Mohammed Nael Al Khaldi, Mohammed Ahmed, Yetnebersh Shewamniale, Mohamed Jaber, Naser Mohammadi, Kholoud Mohsen Alghayathin, Hajar Alsharshani, Sanna Al Guwaizi, Mohammed Adnan Hazari, and Rashed Mohammed Al Kuwari.
The draw was conducted under the supervision of a representative of the qualitative license and market control department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
On a monthly basis, there are 42 winners per draw for the cash prize of QR5,000 each, as well as 2 winners per draw for the cash prize of QR10,000. Additionally, quarterly there are 2 winners per draw for the cash prize of QR25,000 each, 2 winners per draw for the cash prize of QR50,000 each, and yearly there is 1 winner of the grand prize of QR1m. Rewarding 365 winners in total with cash prizes up to QR3.290m.
