Doha: On its weather report for the weekend, Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) forecast misty weather conditions at first followed by mild day time with clouds and cold nights.

The temperature for the weekend will vary between 13 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees Celsius. Till now, Abu Samra recorded the lowest temperature of this winter season - 4 degree Celsius - as the country continues to experience a cold spell causing temperatures to drop significantly.

The wind will blow mainly southwesterly to southeasterly on Friday and southwesterly to northwesterly on Saturday at 5-15 KT.

During the weekend, sea heights will also vary between 1-3 ft inshore and will reach to 4ft at times offshore.

On both days, the visibility is also likely to range between 4-8 / 3 kilometres or less at places at first.
