The Vice-President of Qatar Football Association (QFA) Saoud Al Mohannadi Al Mohannadi speaks during the ceremony held at Al Bidda Tower in Doha to celebrate his election win as a member of International Association of Football Federations (FIFA) Council and Vice-President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). The election wins came at the AFC Congress held in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur last Saturday. Yesterday’s ceremony was organised by the QFA and was attended by top officials.
