The company explained that its summaries have given inaccurate information to users when trying to understand a health issue using its search engine.
Google also removed some features that touch on health topics regarding the liver, as it could lead people dealing with serious matters to believe that their conditions are normal; therefore, they avoid health check-ups.
The company underlined that its AI summaries only show up in search engines that feature reliable answers, as it constantly reviews the quality of its summaries.
