Doha: Amid increasingly hectic and urbanised world, silence is a precious commodity, which is why The Spas at Mandarin Oriental are attempting to ‘turn down the volume’ by offering a night of silence in all spas worldwide tomorrow.
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Doha will offer its guests a Silent Sunset Yoga session and three featured body therapies. The lights will dim and a hush will fall to instill a sense of peace and allow a state of contemplation and mindfulness.
The Silent Sunset Yoga is a 1-hour session conducted by an expert yoga instructor to guide guests in silence through slow movements and deep breathing. This session aims to increase blood flow and warm up the muscles to build strength and offer physical and mental health benefits.
For Spa treatments, guests can choose from three featured therapies, Deep Sleep, Forrest Therapy and Digital Wellness Escape. All communication will take place in a brief consultation at the beginning of the spa journey. For bookings of the treatments, guests will receive a gift set of Elemental Bath & Shower Oils by Aromatherapy Associates.
