Qatari National volleyball team concluded their training camp in China and returned to Doha yesterday. The team held the training camp in preparation for the 20th Asian volleyball championship to be held in the Iranian capital Tehran from September 13 to 21.
A total of 15 players took part in the camp, during which the team played three matches against their Chinese counterparts. Qatar lost the first match 3-1, won the second 3-2, and lost in the third 3-0.
The team is set to hold a joint training camp with India, China and Australia from September 5 to 9, before travelling to Tehran for the Asian Championship.
