Al Wakrah will look to register their seventh straight victory tomorrow.
DOHA: Al Wakrah will look to continue their domination at the Qatar Handball League (QHL), which resumes in Doha tomorrow after a long break.
The break in the Qatar Handball League was enforced due to last month’s World handball Championships which took place in France and Denmark.
Qatar finished 13th in the 24-team competition.
Amir Cup champions Al Wakrah , who have won six consecutive matches to accumulate 18 points, will meet Al Ahli in their 7th round match. Also tomorrow, Qatar SC will meet Al Shamal, Al Duhail face Al Arabi and Al Gharafa will clash with Al Khor while a tie between Al Rayyan and Al Sadd is also scheduled.
In the 8th round scheduled on February 11, leaders Al Wakrah will square off with Al Arabi.
The eighth round also include matches including Al Gharafa vs Qatar SC, and Al Ahli vs Al Shamal.
On February 14, Al Sadd will take on Qatar SC while Al Rayyan will be up against Al Khor.
An interesting clash between Al Wakrah and Al Du hail besides matches between Al Arabi and Al Shamal, and Al Ahli and Al Gharafa are also scheduled on the day.
