ZAGREB: Standard & Poor’s cut its credit rating outlook for Croatia to negative, citing concerns that the country would struggle to shake off the bloc’s economic crisis and pull out of recession. S&P kept the Adriatic state’s rating at BB+, the highest non-investment grade.
