Cairo: Qatar U-21 team reached the final of the Arab Table Tennis Championship 2018, after defeating Bahrain in the semi-finals in Cairo on Wednesday.

In the title clash which was scheduled for yesterday, Qatar were to play against hosts Egypt.

The prestigious event sees 17 Arab nations in action including Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Yemen, Palestine, Sudan, Iraq, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon and hosts Egypt who are competing in different categories.

Around 386 players are competing in five different categories of Under-21, Under-18 and Under-15 years.
