Doha, Qatar: HE Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al-Thani, Governor of the Qatar Central Bank, met with HE Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People's Bank of China, on the sidelines of the 96th Annual Meeting of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), held in Basel, Switzerland, on June 27-28, 2026.
During the meeting, they reviewed key aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries in banking and finance and explored ways to further strengthen cooperation.
