Geneva: Qatar stressed yesterday its position on the importance of implementing Geneva 1 and UN Security resolution on ending acts of aggression in Syria and allowing the delivery of humanitarian aid. This came during a statement by Qatar in the 25th special session of the Human Rights Council on the deteriorating situation of human rights in the Syrian Arab Republic. The statement was read by Permanent Representative of Qatar to the United Nations and international organisations in Geneva Faisal bin Abdullah Al Henzab.
