Doha: MES Indian School recently launched its first-ever e-magazine in Malayalam titled SAHITHAM. The magazine was released by the Chief Guest, Hameeda Kadar, Principal, M.E.S Indian School.
In the felicitation address, she expressed her profound appreciation for the Department of Malayalam. She said that the magazine would help bring out the students’ latent talents, and further, the magazine would surely add merit to the school and the Department.
She also added that such ventures will always be encouraged by the school as it reveals the innate talents of students at their formative age.
Bijily Mohanakumar, the Coordinator, Department of Malayalam, thanked the teachers and students who made the magazine possible. The magazine was compiled by the Chief Editor, Bijily Mohanakumar, Associate Editors Sabino Mathew, Sreekala Dileep Kumar, and the Sub Editors, Elsy Antony Smitha Jayakumar.
The programme was graced by Ilias Mohammed, Vice-Principal, and Head of Boys’ Section officiating, Annamma Shammy Vice-Principal and Head of Girls’ Section, Uzma Fatimee, Head of Junior Section officiating and Mrs. Lalitha Srinivas, Head of Kindergarten.
