Doha, Qatar: The Embassy of India in Qatar has expressed deep concern over the incident that occurred in Ras Laffan Industrial City on the evening of June 21, 2026, which resulted in 54 injuries, while 18 people remain missing.
In a statement posted on social media, the embassy said: "At this challenging and difficult time, the Embassy of India and the entire Indian community in Qatar stand in solidarity with the Government and people of Qatar."
"We wish a speedy recovery to those injured and hope and pray for the safety of those who are missing," the statement added.
