Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 75.70 points, or 0.70 percent, to close trading at 10,716.45 points yesterday.
The volume of shares traded increased to 131,821,309 from 198,422,359 on Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR389,263,143.701 from QR 601,477,611.44 on Thursday.
The indices of three sectors ended in green zone and four sectors ended in red zone today.
QSE Total Return Index gained 0.70 percent to 22,137.78, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index added 0.23 percent to 4,567.07 points and QSE All Share Index decreased 0.84 percent to 3,457.96 points.
