Forty healthcare MBA students from Florida International University in the US visited Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) as part of international residency and a regional tour, which included Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to learn more about the healthcare systems in the GCC. Dr Abdullatif Al Khal, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, and Director of Medical Education, HMC, introduced them to HMC’s academic health system, with a focus on clinical care, education and research, healthcare data, quality management, preventive healthcare and national health policy.
