Doha: The Board of Directors of Ezdan Holding Group convened yesterday and ratified the annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, where the profits netted QR86.7m compared to QR61.1m in 2021.
The Group’s earnings per share (EPS) reported QR0.003 by the end of 2022, compared to QR0.002 by the end 2021.
The Group has generated revenues of QR1,937m compared to QR1,443m for a year earlier.
The Board of Directors has recommended no dividends for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.
That recommendation will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Assembly meeting.
