Doha: The Public Works Authority, Ashghal, has announced that it will close part of the existing diversion on Mesaieed Road towards Al Wakra and road users will be diverted on to a two lane, 2.6-km long newly built road before continuing on their journey.
The diversion will commence on October 16 and last for a year, in coordination with the Traffic Police Department.
The diversion is required to facilitate the construction of an interchange on Ashghal’s Al Wakra Bypass project, part of its Expressway Programme.
