Doha, Qatar: The sixteenth GCC technical team meeting for the electronic exchange of biometrics and criminal information of deportees commenced virtually yesterday. The meeting continues for two consecutive days.
Captain Khalifa Abdullah Al Kaabi from the Criminal Evidence and Information Department at the Ministry of Interior chaired the meeting. Discussions revolved around various aspects of the electronic exchange of biometrics and criminal information for deportees, aiming to bolster cooperation among the interior ministries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
