Alfardan Premier Motors, importer of Jaguar and Land Rover in Qatar, has been accredited by Jaguar Land Rover Mena as a certified body shop repair centre and approved aluminium specialist. The accolade is based on global JLR body shop standards and Alfardan Premier Motors is one of the first dealerships to be accredited in Mena.
In 2011, Jaguar Land Rover undertook a review of its dealer based body shop network in the Mena region with the aim of identifying key issues and to establish a baseline for development across a range of criteria. Alfardan Premier Motors responded to this by enhancing the layout of its new facility, as well as improving the availability of parts, accessories, equipment and consumables at its service centre. Furthermore, special attention was given to staff training and development in order to strengthen Alfardan’s customer service competencies.
