Prof Ibrahim Saleh Al Naimi, Founder and President, Community College of Qatar
He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Southern California, USA (1983). Prof Al Naimi founded the Qatar Scientific Club. He also served as Chairman of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Qatar. He was Professor of Organo-metallic Chemistry at the College of Arts and Science of Qatar University then went on to become Dean of said College before being appointed as President of Qatar University, followed by his presidency of the CHN University of Professional Education (Holland), Doha Campus. He is Advisory Board member of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Texas A&M University at Qatar.
