CAIRO: At least five people were killed in an explosion near the main Coptic cathedral in the Egyptian capital Cairo on Sunday.
The Health Ministry said 10 people were also injured in the explosion that took place outside the Coptic Orthodox Church in central Cairo.
Ambulances and civil defense teams were seen moving to the site of the explosion.
There was no claim of responsibility for the explosion.
