Lebanese soldier killed in shooting at army checkpoint in North Lebanon

Beirut: An unknown individuals opened fire at an Army checkpoint in Bkaasafrine-Dinnieh, in North Lebanon, on Sunday night killing an Army soldier and injuring another. 

The Army units are carrying out raids searching for the shooters in order to apprehend them," the Lebanese Army said on Monday.
