Doha, Qatar: With the attendance of hundreds of workers, the Sheikh Abdulla Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center organised a medical camp for workers in Al Khor City, in coordination with the Primary Health Care Corporation.
Through this initiative, the Center seeks to reach various segments of society, meet their basic needs, and combine these needs with educational outreach at the same time.
Certified volunteer doctors from PHCC implemented a distinguished programme that included medical examinations and the dispensing of medications according to individual cases.
Meanwhile, the Center’s team responded to workers’ questions related to Islamic culture and Qatari customs and traditions, enabling them to interact with the community in a correct and positive manner.
In addition, the targeted workers expressed their appreciation for the Center’s initiative and for the efforts exerted by the certified doctors from PHCC, who made significant contributions through medical examinations and health guidance.
The Center’s team also exerted commendable efforts in providing moral guidance and cultural awareness for the workers.
