Doha: The State of Qatar welcomed the Russian Federation’s return to the Black Sea Grain Export Deal, which it signed with Ukraine last July in Istanbul.
In a statement issued yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Qatar’s full appreciation for the efforts of the United Nations and the Republic of Turkiye in resuming grain exports, and expressed its hope for the success of negotiations on extending the deal to enhance global food security.
