DOHA: Industries Qatar (IQ) yesterday clarified that the group’s fertiliser joint venture, Qatar Fertiliser Company (Qafco), is unaware of the projects referred to in a section of media as “contributing projects for the proposed chemicals and petrochemicals production boost” in Qatar. Reiterating its disclosure policy, the group said the Qatar Exchange will be informed of any of its confirmed projects by an official announcement.
