Qatar fuel supplier Woqod has signed an agreement as Official Fuel Business partner for the 2016/2017 Qatar Stars League season.
Woqod’s head of public relations, Sheikha Sara Nasser Al Thani was joined by Khalifa Al Haroon, Executive Director of Marketing & Communications of the Qatar Stars League to sign the agreement recently.
Speaking at the signing of the agreement, Al Haroon stressed the importance of such deals for the QSL. “It’s a privilege to have Woqod sign on as a sponsor with the league, we worked closely with them during lasts season's Qatar Cup competition, so we are delighted to have them now for the QSL season. Woqod are one of the largest companies in Qatar, I would personally like to thank the board of directors of Woqod who sanctioned this agreement.”
From her side, Sheikha Sara Nasser Al Thani expressed her pride in signing the one year agreement. “We are proud to be the official fuel partner for the Qatar Stars League."
