H E Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi (left), the Minister of State for Energy Affairs and President and CEO of Qatar Petroleum, held talks in Brussels with Dominique Ristori, the Director-General for Energy, European Commission. The talks centered on cooperation between Qatar and the European Commission in the field of energy and particularly, in the LNG industry. Both parties affirmed their joint commitment to strengthening the relationships, discussed Qatari investments in the European energy sector in line with the EU and its member states’ policy agenda, and Qatar’s support to the EU energy policies.
