The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) held a forum of best management practices to improve the skills of its employees.
The Human Resources Department Director at the Ministry, Mohamed bin Hassan Al Malki, said that the forum aims to benefit from the Ministry’s employees who have high skills to benefit other employees.
The forum was organised by training and administrative development section at the Ministry and supported by the Ministry’s various departments.
“It displays the best projects undertaken by the Ministry’s departments,” Al Malki said adding that holding such workshops and forums would contribute to the development of performance of departments and showed the Ministry’s efforts to develop its employees.
A number of departments have showed some of their efforts as best practices as an example to offer to the forum.
